The IIRP was founded in 2000, and its sister organizations, Community Service Foundation and Buxmont Academy (CSF Buxmont), which provide direct services for delinquent and at-risk youth and their families, are more than three decades old.

Together we have compiled one of the most outstanding track records in the world, dramatically reducing youth violence, crime, misbehavior and bullying in even the most challenging schools and communities.
